Cheese, glorious cheese!

The only way this could have gotten funnier is if this was created in Colby, WI. Yes the place where they invented Colby cheese.

Ha yeah

This raises more questions than it answers. For instance, what kinds of cheese inside and outside?

It really does. Although I made this up I've been turning it over in my head how it would work. I assume they would be two very different tasting cheeses.

Possibly a dill Havarti and cheddar? Cheddar and blue?

Maybe I will have to try this...

Where's the recipe! My husband, a born and raised Wisconsinite, will love this!

I made it up but if you figure out how to make it, I'd love to try it!

(All jokes aside this is similar to the flaming cheese that you can get at Greek restaurants so maybe start looking there if you are interested.)

well, I’m thinking that if you put a slice of colby-jack and a slice of cheddar or munster between two slices of something that can handle being grilled like panneer and grill it in butter….

Then we got ourselves something absurdly tasty.

I was thinking after writing this, you could probably do some cool cheese combos where you mix them. Would probably taste really good. I like where you are going with this. If you ever make it keep me updated!

well, I've started experimenting with making homemade cheese, so if I can successfully make the paneer, I could try this! :D

They have built up an immunity to dairy based heart attacks. Otherwise the butter burger and cheese curds would have killed them a long time ago.

I remember an old SNL "Da Bears" skit where they talk about why one of their crew is in the hospital for a heart attack. They claim it was caused by an imbalance of fats and so the patient has to get their beef fat, pork fat, and other fats into balance again.

Haha!

"How many heart attacks have you had?"

"This makes it 13 this week."

"Ah a bakers dozen."

I'm going to have to binge Da Bears skits now.
