I was thinking after writing this, you could probably do some cool cheese combos where you mix them. Would probably taste really good. I like where you are going with this. If you ever make it keep me updated!

Then we got ourselves something absurdly tasty.

well, I've started experimenting with making homemade cheese, so if I can successfully make the paneer, I could try this! :D
